Optimising Quality Management Systems

Our good friend and colleague Michael McLean, along with Peter Fisher, are presenting a workshop on Tuesday 21st November 2017 at Toowoomba Sports Ground.

This FREE practical, hands-on workshop has been designed to assist your business to “optimise” its systems documentation: to not only reduce compliance and procedure costs, but build a more robust and flexible system.

Is your business increasingly exposed to the rising costs of audit compliance, with multiple customer and certification (3rd party body) audits?  Is your business aspiring to achieve better transparency of  potential problems, identification of areas of non-conformances, compliance risks or seek opportunities for improvement? Is traceability a growing requirement of your business?  Then don’t miss this opportunity!

The workshop will provide you with straight forward and up-to-date advice on how to make the transition to a “Process Approach” based system of documentation.

The workshop targets Business Owners, Business System Managers, Quality Managers, Production Managers and Improvement Managers.  We encourage two people from each business to attend in order to get the best value from the workshop.

Bring your Quality or other system documentation for review as part of the workshop.
