Our Practices

We have structured our offerings into three practice areas:

 

 

Our Consulting Practice offers consulting services in our areas of expertise, including programme and project management methods, process and system healthchecks, organisational maturity assessments, and mentoring and coaching support.

 

Our Training Practice covers delivery of standard courses in PRINCE2 and MSP, governance, business analysis and lean process improvement, soft skills and individual competency assessments, as well as customisation of existing courses and development of courses targetted at the needs of specific clients.

 

Our Delivery Practice offers expert staff to support clients through short-term or interim placements, or longer-term placements where necessary. We will assume responsibility for the specific deliverables of engagements where we are the prime.
