Overview

This course provides delegates who must work in a PRINCE2 project, or supplier staff who must work to a client who uses PRINCE2, with an understanding of relevant PRINCE2 concepts and products, and how to use them.

Course Objectives

To give delegates an insight into the key concepts behind the PRINCE2 project management method and what they might expect in receiving project work and delivering it back.

Who Should Attend

Staff working in a project environment and perhaps reporting to a project manager but not managing projects.

There are no prerequisites for this Course.

This course does not lead to formal accreditation. There is no exam associated with this briefing.
