• Product-based planning tips and traps
• Workable configuration management for the rest of us
• Scaling PRINCE2 to better fit project and organisational needs
• Project status reporting on a page
• Cross-team and cross-project dependency management
• Problem definition, business options and delivery options
• Integrating Use Cases with Product Descriptions
• Using the Critical Chain technique under PRINCE2
• Keeping track of what's going on
• Agile development techniques in a PRINCE2 environment
• Assembling Stage Plans using the PRINCE2 process model and a product-based approach

There is no exam associated with this course.
