MSP Overview

MSP is an acronym of Managing Successful Programmes. MSP provides a set of principles, governance themes and transformational flow processes for use when establishing and managing a programme. It is founded on best practice although it is not prescriptive. It is very flexible and designed to be adapted to meet the needs of local circumstances.

Goal Group is an APMG Accredited Training Organisation – so you can be confident that the courses we deliver conform to the highest standards of MSP training. All of our MSP courses are based on the latest version of the syllabus. Our Lead Trainer was the author of the first Australian MSP course, delivered the first MSP course run in Australia, and is currently a member of the MSP 2010 Review Group.

Our MSP course fees are highly competitive. We can negotiate attractive arrangements for bulk bookings and regular clients. Please contact us before booking.

Course Delivery Options

We deliver our Foundation and Practitioner courses on a regular public schedule in Brisbane, Newcastle, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Auckland and Wellington. Check out the MSP Training Schedule for the next available dates. Then use our Registration Form to book your place on one of our public courses.

In other locations and for non-accredited courses, we run courses only when there is sufficient demand. We keep track of people with particular needs, and contact them when we are able to meet their need. If this is you, please register your interest in such a course and we will add you to the waiting list. Alternatively, you can request a quote for an in-house course.
