Project Control Consulting    

Eastwood Harris provides a range of project controls consulting services to project management companies, including specialist set- up and running project controls systems with a focus on Primavera Systems and Microsoft Project software.

Dispute Resolution     

Eastwood Harris is able to analyse your subcontractor's schedules in the event of claims and provide you with a clear picture of the schedule in relation to the claim.

Planning and Scheduling        

When you do not have the requirement for a full time scheduler or are at a peak and require supplementary labour, we are able to supply part time schedulers.

Schedule File Conversion       

Conversion of schedules from one software package to another is often time consuming and difficult.  We are able to quickly and accurately convert your schedules from one software package to another.

Eastwood Harris is able to assist you in the setting up a scheduling environment so you may manage multiple projects using Primavera Enterprise after the installation of the software. This includes designing coding structures, writing procedures training and other implementation processes.

Selection and Implementation of Project Management Systems        

We are able to assist you by conducting an internal review of you requirements and match this requirement analysis against the functionality of packaged software.
