The principals of each of our member organisations are experts in their fields, highly respected professionally with distinguished careers. We are able to punch well above our weight because of this access to expertise, and our ability to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Our clients receive what they expect - our experts providing expert advice and services, rather than a nominal expert acting as account manager over a team of recent graduates dependent on a corporate knowledge base - you know what we mean.
How we work
To ensure that every stage of your client journey is made as easy as possible we follow a strict code of practice. Our client relations team will help you assess what type and level of assistance you require. We determine how best to meet your needs, and designate one of the principals of the Goal Group as the engagement lead. Then at every stage of our relationship we make sure that you are receiving the service that you need from our account staff, consultants, coaches, mentors, trainers and service delivery staff.
We follow a simple and clear process where you can be reassured that your requirements are being carefully considered. Good and effective communication is essential in any project and to guarantee this we seek your sign off as each stage is completed and before the next stage commences.
Your experience will start with a brief where we make sure that we have full understanding of your needs. Using our knowledge of project and programme management, change management and risk we then devise an optimal solution product set and approach to development or acquisition. Quality will not be an afterthought in our approach, it will be embedded and considered at all steps of the project by our experienced staff. Finally as this journey comes to an end we help you to review the benefits being realised and determine your future needs.
Each review gate is an opportunity to talk with you to check that you are happy with what we are developing or delivering, to ask whether anything has changed in your organisation and to check that our offering still meets your organisation’s needs.
