In-house Delivery

We run our courses for groups of 6-12 (or more) at a client-designated location, usually at a reduced net cost compared to delegates' individual attendance at public courses. When a course is delivered at or near a client’s location, no time is lost travelling to and from a public training venue and no travel expense is incurred. For a client located at a distance from our major city training venues, accommodation and meals expenses are avoided. The client provides the venue, equipment (whiteboard, flipchart and easel) and choice of catering. Goal provides the instructor, a notebook computer for course presentation, comprehensive course materials (such as workbooks and handout materials for activities) and Certificates of Attendance.

4-in-House Delivery

We have recently launched our 4-in-House concept which works on the basis that where an organisation wishes to send 4 full-fee paying attendees to our public courses, we will offer to run the course in-house. This has some obvious advantages in that you now only need a minimum of 4 people to be able to host an in-house course. Being an in-house course, we are able to focus more on your business environment and tailor the delivery to be more in tune with the nature of your business and its specific needs. We can thus spend more time mentoring your staff and the smaller groups allow for broader discussions to occur. Participants can also talk freely and discuss their projects without fear of giving away intellectual property or discussing commercial in confidence details. The other advantage is that the client chooses the timing and venue of the course. An in-house course is an effective way to kick-off a new initiative as it provides valuable knowledge and is a great team building exercise. An in-house course is also an effective way to up skill new project resources including subject matter experts.

We will offer a consultation prior to the course to ensure a focus that is specific to the client’s business and to identify any special needs, including project needs. Only the focus or emphasis of the presentation will be modified, not the course materials.

We have developed a 4-in-House discounting model based on the number of attendees, so whilst 4 attendees will guarantee you an in-house course at a discount, more attendees will qualify you for further substantial discounts.

Weekend Delivery

Some clients might feel torn between the need to fully utilise staff on urgent operational and project issues, yet at the same time understand the need to move the same staff to a higher level of competence. Individual contractors might feel the same pressure: to earn a living yet keep growing their resume. Where the number of delegates can justify it, we can deliver most of our courses in blocks over 2 or 3 weekends.
